Career and leadership coaching is a collaborative, one-on-one partnership designed to help professionals accelerate growth, expand influence, and achieve strategic career goals. Coaching focuses on your present and future—helping you gain clarity, develop leadership capabilities, and take meaningful action through structured conversations and powerful questions.
How is Coaching Different from Consulting or Mentoring?
Coaching helps you find your own answers through guided inquiry. Consulting provides expert analysis and recommendations. Mentoring draws on personal experience to offer guidance. My approach blends these as needed: I lead with ICF coaching principles, add mentoring perspective from my technology leadership background when helpful, and use consulting methods when driving career strategy and positioning.

Step 1: Complimentary Discovery Conversation - discuss goals, challenges, and fit. Step 2: Chemistry Check - ensure comfort and alignment. Step 3: Agreement - define goals, duration, and investment. Step 4: Launch Session - establish success metrics and begin the work.
