Scope: 2-hour exploration of pivot drivers, potential directions, transferable assets, and reality testing
Success Criteria: Clarity on 2-3 viable pivot directions and decision framework
Session Details: Two 60-minute sessions in 2 weeks
Pivot Planning & Preparation
Problem Addressed: Developing viable pivot strategy, building required capabilities, testing pivot hypotheses
Scope: 6-month engagement focused on pivot strategy, skill/knowledge gap closure, network building, and market testing
Success Criteria: Clear pivot strategy with timeline Critical gaps identified and closure plans in motion Conducted 5-10 informational conversations or market tests Decision made on pivot commitment

Scope: 7-month engagement supporting pivot execution, transition navigation, and new career establishment
Success Criteria: Pivot successfully executed (new role/opportunity secured) Credibility established in new space First 90-180 days navigated successfully
Session Details: Seven-Fourteen One-hour sessions over 7 months 30-minute Review every two months (Total 3 Reviews)
