Scope: 12 sessions focused on pivot strategy, skill/knowledge gap closure, network building, and market testing

Session Details: Twelve One-hour sessions over 5 months
Problem Addressed: Successfully executing pivot, landing new role/opportunity, establishing credibility in new space
Scope: 7-month engagement supporting pivot execution, transition navigation, and new career establishment
Success Criteria: Pivot successfully executed (new role/opportunity secured) Credibility established in new space First 90-180 days navigated successfully
Session Details: Fourteen One-hour sessions over 7 months 30-minute Review every two months (Total 3 Reviews)
