Scope: 2-hour exploration of current vs. required identity, success patterns from previous role that may now be limiting
Success Criteria: Clear articulation of identity gap and new identity hypothesis
Session Details: Two 60-minute sessions
Identity Transition Intensive
Leadership Identity Mastery
Problem Addressed: Actively shedding limiting behaviours, adopting new leadership mindsets, experimenting with new identity in practice
Scope: 10 coaching sessions focused on identity work, behavioral experiments, mindset shifts, and feedback integration
Success Criteria: Successfully transition 3-5 key behaviors from old to new identity Receive feedback confirming new identity is taking hold Demonstrate comfort operating at new level
Session Details: Ten One-hour sessions over 4 months 30-minute Review after every two months (Total 2 Reviews)
Problem Addressed: Cementing new identity, navigating identity challenges at next level, preparing for future transitions
Scope: 6-month engagement with bi-weekly coaching, identity sustainability practices, and preparation for next evolution
Success Criteria: New identity fully integrated and reflected in 360 feedback Successfully navigated 2-3 identity-challenging situations Prepared roadmap for next identity evolution
Session Details: Twelve One-hour sessions over 6 months 30-minute Review every two months (Total 3 Reviews)
