Sustainable Leadership Ecosystem
Problem Addressed: Rebuilding trust, opening communication channels, creating psychological safety, reconnecting with teams and peers
Scope: 8 coaching sessions focused on vulnerability, communication patterns, trust-building practices, and feedback mechanisms

Session Details: Eight One-hour sessions over 4 months 30-minute Review every two months (Total 2 Reviews)
