Session Details: Two 60-minute sessions in 2 weeks

Senior Leadership Integration
Problem Addressed: Developing strategic thinking, executive presence, organizational acumen, and leadership gravitas
Scope: 12 sessions focused on strategic mindset, executive communication, organizational navigation, and leadership experimentation
Success Criteria: Demonstrate strategic thinking in 3+ visible situations Receive feedback on improved executive presence Successfully navigate complex organizational situations
Session Details: Twelve One-hour sessions over 5 months
Problem Addressed: Landing senior role and establishing oneself as credible senior leader
Scope: 6-month engagement supporting role transition, first 180 days, and senior leadership establishment
Success Criteria: Sustainable Senior leadership performance Successful first 180 days with documented wins Established as credible voice at senior level
Session Details: Twelve One-hour sessions over 6 months 30-minute Review every two months (Total 3 Reviews)
