Session Details: Two 45-minute sessions in two weeks
Strategic Thinking Development
Problem Addressed: Building strategic thinking capabilities, letting go of tactical habits, contributing strategically
Scope: 4-month engagement focused on strategic frameworks, systems thinking, pattern recognition, and strategic communication
Success Criteria: Successfully contribute strategic insights in 3+ situations Delegate or eliminate tactical work to create space Receive feedback on strategic contributions
Session Details: Four-Eight One-hour sessions over 3 months One 30-minute Review mid-way
Strategic Leadership Mastery
Problem Addressed: Operating consistently at strategic level; influencing strategic direction; becoming strategic thought leader
Scope: 6-month engagement with monthly coaching, strategic project advisory, and thought leadership development
Success Criteria: Recognized as strategic thinker and contributor Leading or significantly influencing strategic initiatives Consistent strategic operating rhythm established
Session Details: Six-Twelve One-hour sessions over 6 months 30-minute Review every two months (Total 3 Reviews)
