ORGANISATIONAL, EXECUTIVE AND TEAM COACHING

Better leadership conversations.
Better decisions.

As organisations grow, the way leaders work together needs to grow too. I help teams surface what is not being said, clarify shared priorities and turn discussion into action.

01 / JRDN ADVISORY

Who is this for?

Founder led teams scaling beyond individual effort, leadership groups working across silos and organisations navigating change or wider responsibility.

02 / JRDN ADVISORY

What can we work on?

01 / FOCUS AREA

Shared direction

Agree the priorities that matter and the tradeoffs needed to support them.

02 / FOCUS AREA

Roles and decision rights

Clarify who decides, who contributes and who owns the next action.

03 / FOCUS AREA

Trust and collaboration

Strengthen how leaders listen, challenge assumptions and work through disagreement across functions.

04 / FOCUS AREA

Influence and accountability

Build the conversations and commitments that move work forward when authority alone is not enough.

03 / JRDN ADVISORY

How does the engagement work?

We start with the team outcome and sponsor expectations. I hear relevant perspectives, agree boundaries and shape a practical process around the real decisions facing the team.

Formats can include executive coaching, team facilitation, group coaching and leadership acceleration. Scope and duration follow discovery.

04 / JRDN ADVISORY

What will the team leave with?

Depending on scope, the work can clarify shared priorities, decision roles, working agreements and an action rhythm. We agree the outcomes and how to review progress at the start.

05 / JRDN ADVISORY

Which organisational coaching format fits?

01 / FOCUS AREA

Sponsored executive coaching

For a leader moving into wider responsibility or a different leadership identity. The leader and sponsor agree outcomes, confidentiality and the boundaries of reporting.

02 / FOCUS AREA

Leadership team coaching

For teams needing stronger alignment, trust, decision quality and shared accountability.

03 / FOCUS AREA

Group coaching

For leaders working through common development themes with individual reflection, peer learning and practical application.

04 / FOCUS AREA

Leadership facilitation

For a team that needs a structured conversation on priorities, decisions, ways of working or change. The purpose and outputs are agreed in advance.

06 / JRDN ADVISORY

What leadership shifts can the work support?

01 / FOCUS AREA

Influence Gap

Build credibility and shape decisions across functions when authority alone is insufficient.

02 / FOCUS AREA

Credibility Shift

Help leaders communicate and act credibly at a new level, in a wider role or across a new context.

03 / FOCUS AREA

Isolation

Create space to examine difficult decisions and assumptions rather than carrying them alone.

04 / FOCUS AREA

Identity Evolution

Move from being the expert who solves the work to the leader who develops the people and system around it.

07 / JRDN ADVISORY

How do the sponsor, leader and coach work together?

01 / FOCUS AREA

Agree the outcome and boundaries

Clarify the organisation’s purpose, the leader or team’s agenda, confidentiality and what will be reported.

02 / FOCUS AREA

Work with live leadership situations

Use actual priorities, conversations and decisions rather than a generic curriculum detached from the role.

03 / FOCUS AREA

Review progress constructively

Agree check-ins and relevant evidence of progress, while keeping the coaching boundaries clear.

04 / FOCUS AREA

Keep coaching and advisory distinct

Coaching supports the client’s thinking. Facilitation supports a group process. Advisory adds analysis and recommendations when explicitly scoped.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a training programme?

Not necessarily. The work focuses on your team’s decisions, behaviour and context. We choose the format after understanding the need.

Can coaching remain confidential when an employer pays?

Confidentiality, sponsor reporting and boundaries are explicitly discussed before the engagement begins.

Do you work with founder led teams?

Yes, particularly teams scaling decision making and accountability beyond the founder.

Can advisory be part of the engagement?

Yes, when explicitly scoped. We keep the purpose of coaching, facilitation and advisory clear throughout the work.
